ORDERING AND CANCELLATION​

  • Remember, sending an email or leaving a message is not a guarantee for a cake order! 
  • When sending us an email or leaving a message, please include the following: your name, phone number, event type, date, location, number of guests and product needed. 
  • ​Please allow 1-2 business days for a response to  your email or a phone message.  Communication is very important, and we want to make sure your order is handled appropriately.
  • Price range for special occasion orders varies and depends on many factors. The quote is given only after we meet with you during the confirmed appointment. 
  • ​Please note that our order schedule requires 2 weeks to ​3 months advanced notice and depends on our availability.
  • After we confirm with you our availability, an appointment will be scheduled.

  • Deposit:  Wedding cakes: $100.00. Other orders: 50% of the total cost. It is due at time of order placement. 
  • Balance for wedding cakes is due in full 10 days prior to the delivery date. 
  • Balance for other orders is due in full 24 hours prior to the delivery or pick up date.
  • Delivery is available within the Greater Kansas City area. Wedding cakes: $50. Other orders: please check.
  • Cancellation Policy (Retail Orders): Changes and cancellations to retail orders are accepted until 72 hours prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice. All cancellation refunds are subject to a 10% fee,
  • Changes to order (Retail Orders): You can make any changes to a retail order until 72 hours prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any additional flavors will be available if changes are requested within 72 hours.
  • ​Cancellation Policy (Wedding Orders): A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to reserve your wedding order. You may cancel your wedding order 15 days prior to your wedding date and receive a refund with a $50-cancellation fee.
  • Changes to order (Wedding Cakes): Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, servings counts, and design until 15 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after 15 days.
  • More about cancellation. ​If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery or delivery is denied, the client is responsible for the remaining balance.  If a cancellation is made less than four weeks prior, the balance is due in full. No changes can be made to invoices less than four weeks prior to delivery date. Delivery/setup time is final as noted on your invoice. Changes to delivery or setup must be made no later than four weeks prior to your event.
